According to Margo Morris, RSCJ, the real-world education at Sprout Creek Farm takes place on many levels. “It’s not just the science and the math,” she says. “People who come to Sprout Creek are able to really learn what life is all about, to look into the eyes of our fellow creatures, to spend time weeding and composting, and to reconnect with the cycles of nature.” And, she says: “Those cycles for planting and letting seeds develop, for growing and harvesting, connect people with their own interior lives, and with God.”
